Returns and refunds

Contact service@zomreva.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return review. Unless the issue is a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, items must be unused and returned with original protective packaging.

Request authorization

Include the order number, item, reason and photographs when relevant. Do not ship until instructions are provided.

Condition

Objects with scratches, chips, cracks, stains, chemical exposure, missing pieces or signs of display damage may not qualify.

Return packing

Use all protective inserts and a tracked service. Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason and applicable law.

Inspection and refunds

Approved returns are inspected after arrival. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method.
