Product information

Review each product description for dimensions, materials, included components, care instructions and intended use before purchasing. Photographs are not a measurement scale, and styling props are excluded unless expressly listed.

Lighting and screen settings can affect the appearance of colours and finishes. These differences do not excuse supplying goods that materially differ from their description.

Intended use

Unless a listing expressly confirms otherwise, our objects are intended for indoor decorative display. Do not use them as toys, food-contact items, containers, vases or candle holders.

Follow the product's care and placement instructions. Stop using an object if it becomes damaged.

Prices and payment

The transaction currency, available payment methods, shipping charges, applicable taxes and final payable total are shown at checkout. Your payment provider may apply separate conversion or cross-border fees.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Changes do not automatically alter the price of an order already accepted.

Orders and availability

An automated order-receipt email confirms receipt of your order. If a stock issue, payment problem, material pricing error or delivery restriction prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and explain the available options.

We will not substitute a materially different item or collect an additional charge without your agreement. Payments collected for items we cancel and cannot supply will be refunded.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change an address, amend an order or request cancellation. We will check whether the request can be accommodated based on fulfillment status. After dispatch, the return process may apply. Any cancellation rights required by law remain available.
