Order changes and cancellations

Email service@zomreva.com as soon as possible with the order number and requested change. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed.

Possible changes

Address, item, quantity or cancellation changes may be possible only while an order remains unprocessed.

After fulfillment

Once a label is created or the parcel is handed to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible.

Duplicate orders

Contact us immediately with every order number if the same purchase was submitted more than once.

Refund timing

Approved cancellation refunds return to the original payment method; banks control final posting time.
