Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping rates
For supported destinations, the following shipping rates apply in US dollars:
- Fast Shipping: USD $5.99 for order subtotals from $0.00 through $44.99 after discounts and before shipping and taxes.
- Free Shipping: Available for order subtotals of USD $45.00 or more after discounts and before shipping and taxes.
Available destinations and final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. “Fast Shipping” is the service name and does not guarantee delivery by a particular date.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
If a processing delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
Delivery and tracking
Transit time varies by destination, carrier and customs handling. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs clearance or address issues.
When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent using your order contact details. Tracking updates may take time to appear after carrier handoff.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or local handling charges. These are the recipient's responsibility unless included at checkout or applicable law requires otherwise.
Address corrections
Check the recipient's name, street address, unit number and postal code before ordering. Email service@zomreva.com promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Delivery concerns
If tracking stalls, a parcel cannot be located or an object arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant details. Retain packaging and photographs where available to help us investigate.
Avoid handling broken pieces or sharp edges. Do not return damaged objects until we provide safe return instructions.
